Mission Statement
The mission of the Children’s ministry is for our teacher's to share God's Word with each class. It is our hope that the children will develop a firm foundation in the knowledge of the Word of God and accept Jesus as Lord and Savior or deepen their relationship with Him.
The children will participate in interactive age appropriate activities which will tie together the weekly Bible lesson, Scripture memory verse, and a craft.
As age, class and/or child's ability to participate allows field trips and community service will be an extension of the classroom where learning is either continued as in a field trip or Faith is put into action when the student engages in community service and sharing Jesus in Word and deed.

Youth Ministry

Mission Statement
To build the youth ministry by experiencing the presence of God and to be rooted and grounded in God’s Word, God’s Principles and His Love. The youth ministry desires to develop and nurture their relationship with Jesus , not only as their Savior, but as their friend. One with whom they meet with daily, talk to, listen to and sit with knowing He is on the way, as soon as you call His Name. Jesus is faster than 5G, AI or W.W.W. for He is the A.O. The Alpha and The Omega the Beginning and the End.
Shiloh desires to be a safe haven for the youth so that they may grow and abound becoming Faith Filled Servants of God. Children who will be the church, build our community and lead others to Christ .

Mission Statement
To be the manifest reflection of the light that is the Way and Truth of Jesus Christ in all of our activities, programs and initiatives. We desire to build a solid foundation in our relationship with the Lord and be true Disciples, walking out our Faith in the world as followers of Christ, and leaders in our schools, communities, positions of government, serving our nation, and those in the world who are less fortunate.
We ask that God would prepare us for all He has instore for to experience, visit and/or live. We wholeheartedly desire to promote and experience excellence through fellowship with the Holy Spirit and in concert with fellow believers, impacting the world while fulfilling God’s call in our personal lives.
Women's Ministry

Mission Statement
The Mission of the Women’s Ministry at Shiloh Baptist Church is to develop meaningful relationships that provide support and encouragement to women, and girls through prayer, Bible Study, fellowship and Godly friendships.
We will reach out to women in the Church, our families and all areas of our community where women gather, live and receive care and nurturing support.
We will seek to build strong and lasting connections with women locally, nationally and globally. As sisters in the Lord we must always work to unify women in the Body of Christ and in the Spirit of Peace so that the Great Commission might be fulfilled.

- Participate in a Women’s Conference, which is presented to empower, educate and equip women and women in ministry. i.e. The Women’s Day Weekend Conference

Mission Statement
The Men of Issachar workshop is designed for every man who faces the daily demands of life, work, family, and friends. Instead of being stressed out by the burdens of life, we teach each man to learn from Biblical teachings to never accept less than excellence fro themselves in every area of their lives. Our goal is to provide a bedrock of support and education for men who are seeking to up level themselves so they may lift up their families and their communities by harnessing what god has placed inside of them.

Pastor's Aide

Mission Statement
The Pastor’s Aide Ministry mission is to assist the Pastor and his family, as well as, visiting Pastors and Ministers. We will endeavor to meet their personal, professional and vocational needs and by example will lead the congregation in doing the same. We prayerfully accept the responsibility of ‘bearing their armor’, as they minister to Shiloh and the community, providing God inspired leadership.

- Provide support for the garments and other personal necessities related to clothing.
- Prepare refreshments as is appropriate and necessary.
- Seek special training opportunities to improve our ministry and effectiveness.
- Provide special outreach and hospitality for visiting Clergy members and their families.
- Meet regularly with the Pastor to review needs and update activities.
- Ensure appropriate financial support for Pastoral Ministry.
Music Ministry

Mission Statement
The Music Ministry is a helps ministry. As the Musicians and Worship Team lead us in songs of Worship and Praise, they help to usher us through His Gates with songs of thanksgiving and into His Courts with songs of praise.
We dedicate ourselves to practice so that we may demonstrate our expressive praise to God through song. We are committed to ministering to those at home, as well as, other churches and in our community as God provides the opportunities. We will be a living epistle and a testimony of God’s Grace and Love by sharing His Word and the Love of Jesus through Praise and Worship .

Culinary Ministry

Mission Statement
The mission of the Culinary Arts Ministry is to glorify God by providing excellence in food service through prayer, praise and faith.
We are committed to the practice of high quality standards in the preparation and the serving of food and beverages as required for health and safety and for upholding the high standard of God.
We will provide compassionate oversight of food services for home going services, weddings, special programs and activities and other important days and significant events in the life of Shiloh Baptist Church, its members and the broader community, as Jesus has taught us and with the guidance and approval of our Pastor.

Deaconate Ministry
Deaconate Ministry Scripture

A deacon must be faithful to their spouse and must manage their children and their household well. Those who have served well gain an excellent standing and great assurance in their faith in Christ Jesus.”

Mission Statement
The Deacon’s mission is to visibly practice and demonstrate our love for God, each other and our neighbors. The Deaconate will also work constantly to deepen our relationship with God and each other, through prayer, bible study and exercising of God’s spiritual gifts and our learned talents and developed abilities. The Deaconate will support our Pastor and ministerial staff, assisting in baptism, communion, visitation of the sick and shut-in, encouraging community believers to become active Disciples of Christ and in other ways as directed by God through the Pastor. The Deaconate shall strive to meet the needs of the congregation and uphold the church vision and display the fruits of the Holy Spirit through our everyday lives.

Mission Statement
The Trustee Ministry will exercise sound stewardship of the people, facilities and resources of the Shiloh Baptist Church by adhering to the Biblical principles and God given morals and values outlined in the Holy Bible. Through the unction of the Holy Spirit, we will apply those principles to all areas of finance, administration, as well as, maintenance and improvement of the Church, it's resources and facilities. We commit to demonstrate those same principles in our daily lives as a means of exhorting and encouraging others to develop a stronger relationship with the Lord.
As we place our trust in the Lord, being faithful with little, God will surely give us greater! We will become great stewards of ALL God has given us to take dominion over.

Mission Statement
The Ushers and Health and Wellness Ministry of Shiloh Baptist Church serves both members and visitors who attend activities/services at church. We enjoy welcoming you and helping you in any way, in order to make you feel right at home. If there is anything you need, let us know, we would be happy to get it for you or show you the way. We love inviting people to participate in programs and hope they will return again to share with us, or become part of the Shiloh family. All of this is done with pleasant and courteous communication, careful observation and the love of Christ.

The Mission of the Adult Ministry is to band together in unity as fellow Christians to seek, to study, learn, practice, and to live God’s Word through loving one another and being our Sister and Brother’s keeper. We desire to enhance and maintain quality of life and spiritual growth all the while pursing others to come to the Saving Knowledge of Christ.

Mission Statement
The Missionary Ministry of Shiloh Baptist Church ministers to sick, shut in, elderly, disabled, and less fortunate people through prayer, visitation and giving encouragement. As a body of believers as we show others the love and compassion Jesus has shown us and serve others faithfully, both members of Shiloh, their families, as well as, the community as the Lord guides.
