Giving is a God-like quality and an act of obedience to god. Giving goes with a giver and is part of the new nature by one who is in Christ. Once a Christian recognizes that giving is a testimony to God’s ownership the next level, of sharing open lip. That is sharing out of obedience or duty to God’s word.
